Disguising

In order to create a particular self portrait the students looked for a portrait from art history in which they personally recognized themselves. They searched and brought the necessary requisites in order to disguise themselves, empathizing with the picture as closely as possible. The schoolroom was then transformed into a photographic studio with artificial light and colored fabric on the wall for the backgrounds. In groups of three in rotating roles – a model, a light master and a photographer, they produced their self portraits and had a lot of fun.
