Installation
In order to project an artistic installation in a hypothetical space, the students collected a lot of recycling materials to use later on. Starting with a written brainstorming and a description of the first idea, the students then went on with a series of sketches, from which they chose the most convincing one, from which they later realized their model in a shoebox representing the exhibition space. In one variation of the exercise, the students ought to work with woollen thread and generate a three dimensional drawing and a minimal composition, inspired by artists such as Fred Sandback.
