Atelier de Creation Radiophonique 1989

For at least three years, since 1987, every Sunday evening at 8pm, Barbara Fässler reacted by drawing, writing, scratching, sticking in a notebook, while she was listening to “Atelier de creation radiophonique, ACR” on “France Culture”. This habit had grown to a ritual, a sort of automatic writing and drawing under influence of sounds and sentences of this strongly experimental radio show, which is reminiscent of the technique of montage by Jean-Luc Godard and the Nouvelle Vague in Cinema and the resulting free associations.
