Box 1-5

The photo series “Box 1-5” originated during a horseback riding lesson of the artist’s daughter who continuously turned around the circular manège. Barbara Fässler was bored after some rounds and went to look around the ranch, where she saw those boxes in which the horses have been perfectly framed and where they were looking out of the window, each of them in a different and individual manner, evidencing their own specific character.
